Build Engineer

Allfinanz is looking for a build engineer to join the team. You will work closely with the development teams, quality assurance and the infrastructure team to provide guidance and to design, run and debug rock-solid repeatable build and end-to-end release strategies.

Experience / Skills:
* Good communicator – you’re able to listen and clearly express your own views in written and verbal form
* More than comfortable with Linux utilities and scripting
* In a previous life you’ve been a Java developer
* Have configured and managed source code management systems (we’re a Subversion house)
* Have opinions on the pros and cons of various branching strategies
* Experience managing Atlassian tools: JIRA, Fisheye/Crucible, Bamboo (CruiseControl would be a plus)
* Maven (bonus points for Ant)
* Selenium, Marathon
* MySQL, Tomcat, Apache httpd
* Your world doesn’t fall apart when faced with more than one thing to do!
