Operations position - Zamano in Dublin

Job summary:

A unique opportunity exists to join the technical operations/application support team of Dublin’s leading mobile software company. Reporting to the Technical Operations manager the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting zamano’s applications and also managing some of the internal IT needs of the company.

Candidates:

The position requires someone that is enthusiastic and very dynamic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proven aptitude for trouble shooting technical application & data issues is a must.

Key tasks :

o Providing support for all zamano applications to the different teams within the company.
o Controlling and managing all configurable components of zamano’s core platform and business applications.
o Continuously assessing and improving the monitoring of zamano’s live environment.
o Controlling the release of new applications and changes to the zamano platform and applications.
o Auditing and managing the Windows environment within the zamano office and live hosted environment (both desktop and server)



Requirements:

All of the below

o Positive, enthusiastic and dynamic
o a computer science degree or similar
o proven technical aptitude and ability to trouble shoot technical problems
o strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
o proficient with SQL
