1. Lead Developers - £55-60k plus 10% bonus + benefits:
Working within a delivery team comprising of a Project Manager, Business and/or System Analyst and Developers. A lead developer should be capable of working to and learning traditional plan-driven and agile development approaches.

Skills required >
ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, XML, Object Relational Mapping (NHibernate etc) , OO Analysis/Design, Unit Testing (Nunit / Test Driven .NET etc) & Version Control (Subversion / SourceSafe etc).

You should be capable of working to and actively participating in agile planning sessions and be familiar with Lean principles and practises.

IT Service Centre Analyst – Permanent roles for a brand New European Service Centre Operation – Salary guide €25-30k per annum plus full benefits package.

Qualifications and Experiences:


My client is looking for a 4 Helpdesk IT Technical Analyst - Native Italian or native French with fluent English.

Specific Role & Responsibilities
The Service Centre Analyst will be expected to:
•Respond to users requests for information and assist in problem resolution.

•Maintain contact with users on operational and production problems.
•Continual follow up with site support teams and co-workers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
•Develop in depth knowledge of IT support tools for monitoring and reporting.
•Represent IT Service Center to project teams for assistance in determining impact of related projects.


Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor's degree (preferred majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or Business) OR equivalent related work experience.
•Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Information Technology.
•Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting MS Operating Systems and products (2000, XP).

Job Objective:
The purpose of this position is to support the reform agenda in institutional areas of the Government by managing the institutional management transformation process for authorities, and further developing arrangements for good governance in government institutions. All of this done by working closely with concerned departments in TEC, Department of Finance and other Government entities

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
INSTITUTIONAL MANAGEMENT
1. Contributes to the development of best practices, principles, and templates related to institutional management
2. Ensures proper management of the institutional management process
3 Identifies and escalates all risks and issues that have been identified during the course of projects
4 Defines, prepares and maintains a project plan and resource plan for all projects
5 Prepares and presents status reports to the concerned stakeholders outlining activities completed and planned as well as risks and issues
6 Evaluates readiness for of organizations to transfer from one stage to another in the institutional management process
7 Plans, identifies and engages key stakeholders and lead the building of understanding, trust and commitment of stakeholders
8 Manages and coordinates stakeholders continuously to achieve the required program objectives



GOVERNANCE
Manages and contributes to the development of arrangements for good governance and decision-making in the Government of Dubai, including frameworks, processes, systems and guidelines
10 Leads and manages projects related to the establishment, promotion and maintenance of good governance throughout the Government of Dubai
Communicates strategies and requirements for good governance to fellow team members, colleagues at the General-Secretariat of the Executive Council, the Department of Finance, staff at Authorities, Agencies and other government entities
12, Performs other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Position Requirements
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree (relevant) from a recognized academic institution
Desired PHD Degree (relevant)
Experience: Must possess a minimum of 4 years in similar role and 7 years of progressive and relevant experience

Skills & Knowledge
Sound understanding of the government entities in Dubai, UAE & the region

The work will involve testing network device drivers on various platforms using a mixture of manual testing, using an in-house automated test framework on clusters of servers, writing and designing test cases, using commercial test tools such as made by IXIA and manual executing test cases.

Requirements
