My clients is seeking to hire a talented experienced Business Analyst to join their new Project Team. You MUST HAVE a proven track record of been given a concept or idea with limited information and work with the shareholders to produce business requirements. You will have experience translating vision and strategy concepts / ideas into functional specifications. You must have excellent knowledge of Poker and understand the game well.
You will have superb listening skills. Have experience in being able to capture the concept or idea. Use your modelling tools experience to help you write clear and concise functional specifications. If you come from a technical background this would be an advantage as in their experience people who have a technical background have a stronger eye for attention to detail as you have a strong appreciation of IT systems.
If you have worked in a Product environment this would be of interest as you would be used to working off brief concept / ideas for new business requirements. You would be involved in research. Approaching your work with a "think outside the box mindset" showing strong initiative in your work.
Skills/ Experience Required:-
5 years Business Analysis of a MINIMUM
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent communication skills including documentation skills and presentation experience
Strong customer focus
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, interviewing, and fact-finding skills
Ability to lead by coordinating the requirements, specifications, design, and testing efforts
3+ years in an IT environment (development or testing) an advantage
Experience of customer services, payments, security or fraud detection would be an advantage.
In depth understanding and experience of the software development process and overall project life cycle
Strong Poker knowledge !!!!!
