My client is seeking an experienced .NET Program Manager who will be
coordinating and directing all activities and personnel involved in the
implementation and completion of projects including but not limited to
design, scheduling, budget, and delivery. The program manager will be
working closely with the CTO, Product Manager and Developers to ensure
successful closure on all projects.
The responsibilities include:
* Run complex projects from design and development to production
* Coordinate product specifications/requirements with technical
development
* Design and maintain technical and project documentation
* Define resources and schedule for project implementation
* Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
* Plan and schedule project deliverables, goals, milestones
* Direct and oversee project engineering team and manages conflicts
within group
* Perform team assessments and evaluations
* Efficiently identify and solve project issues
* Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
Position requirements:
* Strong experience with .NET, C# and SQL Server, AGILE development
technique.
* PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent
preferred.
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related
field.
* Knowledge of project management software tools (MS Project)
* Minimum 3-7 years of project management or IT Management.
* Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting IT business
processes.
